1. Prices effective January 1, 2026. We try to hold prices throughout the year, but prices are subject to change without notice. 
2. Shipping: We offer same day shipping via UPS ground on orders placed by 2:00 P.M. CST. Texoma Golf is not responsible for delays on part of the carrier. 
3. Claims for shortages or damage must be submitted within 10 days. Please call to obtain a return authorization number. No returns will be accepted by our warehouse without an RA#. Any returns for credit must be made within 30 days of Original Invoice. 
4. Order Cancellations– All pre-book orders are required to be 30 days in advance. 
5. In accordance with our “Same Day Shippping Policy”, any add on to original order, will be placed on a new Invoice. Regular shipping charges will be incurred.
6. Terms are Credit Card. Net 30 terms are available after credit has been established. Accounts 30 days past due will be charged 1.5% interest per month. All overdue accounts will be re-evaluated for COD or Credit Card status only. No shipments will be made on accounts past due for more than 30 days.
7. There is a $30.00 service charge on all returned checks. 
8. A high-resolution logo in vector format is required for all custom imprint items and must be provided by the customer. Art department: art@texomagolf.com. For Imprint/Custom order questions, call (800) 869-0940.​
9. Rush orders will be accepted whenever possible and additional charges may apply.
10. All imprint items are subject to a 5% over or under run.
11. $25.00 will be charged on special orders under $50.00.
12.  Special Order Tee Colors will incur a $6.00 Handling Charge.
13. All invoices are sent via email. Please make sure your email address is correct. Texoma Golf is not responsible for past due accounts due to incorrect email information.
